Hands-On Workshops for Teachers, Home Educators, Parents and Young People
We have five working demonstration units used to help students to understand the technology by allowing hands-on experimentation.
Solar-Active’s engineer can bring the units to your school, help students to assemble them and get them working and also assist the students and teacher during the sessions. Assembly manuals and classroom worksheets have been written for your use in the lesson. Our engineer is a trained teacher and fully DBS checked. Learning can take place during or after the school day to suit your requirements.

In addition to our workshops for students, we also organise and conduct workshops demonstrating the applicability of renewable energy and sustainability topics in achieving National Curriculum Science and Design & Technology outcomes at primary and secondary levels. Our senior trainer has had many years’ experience in this field and is appropriately qualified and CRB registered.
