Takes longer to assemble with ’0′ ring wheels. High speeds on smooth flat surfaces with plastic wheels.

The picture shows a 9 mm diameter pinion gear driving 31 mm diameter axle gear, giving transmission ratio 3.4:1 and ‘O’-ring tyres, outside diameter 40 mm.

The motor & transmission sub-assembly is easily removed from the PV cell by opening two pinch terminals and pulling apart Velcro type hook & loop fixing.

The source of our tube packaging is from recycling the inner core of carpets and packaging cellophane. All components are in paper bags.
